Lipidosis are diseases caused by abnormalities in the enzymes that break down fat, which resulted in accumulation of toxic substances produced by fat in the network.

A set of specific enzymes help the body break down any type of fat. Abnormalities in these enzymes can cause accumulation of certain fatty substances, which in normal circumstances have been solved by the enzyme. After a long time, this accumulation could threaten the various organs of the body.

2. Niemann-Pick disease
3. Fabry disease
4. Wolman disease
5. Xantomatosis Serebrotendinosa
6. Sitosterolemi
7. Refsum disease
8. Tay-Sachs disease.
